Demons Cycle South Inc How Can I Be Less Afraid At Night?

How can I be less afraid at night? - demons cycle south inc

When I am alone in the darkness lay on my bed, I'm afraid. I am most afraid of supernatural events, such as spirits, possession and the devil. My fear, often interferes with my sleep cycle, and I am often in bed with not sleeping because of fear. How do I solve this problem?

Well, if you from the power of the devil and the supernatural fear, then you might consider the help of God. ) for a secular, very profane: a light in the night, soft music through the headphones (to help quell the mysterious noises), and maybe a blindfold (eg aircraft to sleep to help you have the feeling that there is nothing to find. Try to focus on the music. Celtic usually tells a story, and it is very quiet, making it ideal for on what focus you go to bed. Children seem to be dormant, but if it helps to have a good night, you look good better. Besides, who needs to know?

I rather know exactly how you feel. I am the dark and many other things that I can stay awake, but not really fear demonic possession. Although it is sometimes thought that a demon or as if I could take my foot is removed under the covers.
What I do is leave the lights, close all cabinet doors and doors open in the living room (where my mother is always sitting and computer. Cursing his play of light reassures me.) And then hide under my blanket. It might hurt if the blanket is not big enough, but tend to feel good.
Other times when I fear, I sit and rock back and forth until I calm down or to be very tired.
You can also wake up very early, then you're tired at night and have no other choice than to sleep. (But it feels weird to. Oo)
Take a teddy bear or doll and a ball! This also helps! : D
You must do what is convenient, but especially if you turn really afraid, you off the light. My best advice. :)
Please be quiet and pleasant.
Amalie.
