The House of Representatives and the Senate have different versions of the bill (apparently passed a for the Department of Transportation). If the two chambers passed different versions of a bill, there is usually a Conference Committee. The committee consists of members who are appointed by their respective houses.

Since the role of the Committee of the conference is to resolve disputes between the two houses, the FMCSA is hoping the return from the conference committee.

The conclusion is that the voters are not in this matter until November, when the senators and members of Congress for the upcoming elections, do not express our opinion of them to express. Who will be appointed at the conference to decide on the funding, if any, is included in the bill reported out. The House of Representatives and the Senate then decides whether to approve the funds, or send it in the conference. If a law were passed means the PresidentDent decide to sign or make their power of veto.

Based on the above quotation, it seems that the President is not a bill, the debt will not sign. I do not know if the Congress votes to override the veto to lack. If they do that, then you have the equivalent of a budget chicken. If the President is willing to transport agencies (including the FAA in the vicinity) for funding this program? If it is, will Congress close to the government, or they go back and give him what he wants, for the transportation agencies can Outstanding Work?
